A Plus Events was founded in September 2017 by Ash and David, who combined their expertise in event management and business to create unforgettable experiences in Broome. With Ash’s eye for detail in event styling, organisation, and client relations, and David’s hands-on approach to logistics, product building, and warehouse management, they built a business known for excellence.

In 2025, A Plus Events & Hire was taken over by the Roebuck Bay Hotel family, with Tamara, Tayla, and Jess now leading the way.

As event experts, they bring years of experience hosting and organising major events, from live music shows featuring international talent to weekly local entertainment and competitions. Their passion for creating dynamic and exciting experiences continues to bring energy and vibrancy to the Broome community.
